Karasu evolved into a $1M+ e-commerce platform within its first three years. The journey taught me how to deeply understand our audience through user research and target them with ad campaigns and a website design that would provide them a smooth user experience.

What I Learned

UX research for website design is very similar to audience research in marketing. They both allow me to further understand my target and create a design that resonate with their emotions.

Copy Writing

A friendlier and familiar approach was used when writing for emails, ads, and the website.

A/B Testing

It allowed me to use a combination of ideas to further analyze which contents worked.

Analytics

Troubleshooting whether to change ads, automations, or the website layout to increase website traffic, AOV, and sales.

This project sharpened my approach in understanding what tasks to prioritize in order to reach the right target audience for the company's product offers. Learning how to run a marketing team while collaborating with web developers helped enhancing operational efficiency. 🚀
