Abandoned Cart

OBJECTIVE: Increase the number of sales by saving the products within their cart while providing them a discount code.

WORKFLOW: The flow is triggered once the customer checkout begins and an order has not gone through.

  1. Email 1, containing their saved cart, is sent 3 hours after along with a 15% off coupon to encourage them to make a purchase.
  2. Condition check occurs 1 day later and 5 days after that to decide if sending another email is needed.
  3. If they decided to order, then the Abandoned Cart flow ends.
  4. If they have NOT made a purchase, then Email 2 and 3 are sent with bigger discounts.

AUTOMATION

Welcome Series

OBJECTIVE: Gain the trust of new email subscribers by introducing the brand and what to expect from the newsletters. It also encourages them to make their first purchase by providing a discount.

WORKFLOW: The flow is triggered once a new subscriber has been added to the email list.

  1. Email 1 is sent immediately to build connection, accompanied by a 15% off coupon.
  2. Condition check occurs 3 days after to see if the subscriber made a purchase.
  3. If an order was placed, then the Welcome Series workflow ends.
  4. If an order WAS NOT placed, then a second email is sent with the same layout but with a 25% off discount.
